Cavalier Cottage, a very pet-friendly B&B recently hosted a delightful Brooklyn family including Lola, an Italian Lagotta dog.  Grandparents and granddaughter had a grand time skiing a Berkshire East and Lola spent the 2 days with them frolicing in the snow.  We were fascinated to read more about these dogs that have a very keen sense of smell and are used to find truffles! I certainly hadn’t been aware of this breed and I would imagine that would be the case for many people.  Click here to read more about them.
